This policy applies to users of the www.cestt.co.uk website and individuals who have accessed any of our services (collectively referred to as "you", "your", or "yours").
These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone, whether an individual or company uses our website (www.cestt.co.uk) or makes bookings with us, whether a single or multiple booking. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Tests cannot be booked for individuals under the age of 16 years.
GBP is the only accepted currency for payment.
The bookings made with us are confirmed only by "subject to availability".
Need to change your test date? No problem! You can reschedule your Test with our team for up to 3 days before your appointment without any extra charge.
If you need to reschedule less than three days before your Test or don't show up, you must book a new test and pay the full fee. Please note that a £15 admin fee, plus any applicable cancellation charges, will apply if you cancel your Test.
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled test time. Additionally, refunds cannot be provided in the following circumstances:
The refund will always be, at most, the amount you originally paid for the CESTT for the Test. For more assistance, email refund@cestt.co.uk
No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received after we have processed your card application.
If you cancel your CSCS card order, a cancellation fee will apply. A refund of £36 will be issued. For CSCS, Card cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted if we have already processed your CSCS Card application.
The maximum amount you can receive as a refund equals your original payment.
All courses and NVQs offered by Cestt are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded, transferred to another individual, or rescheduled.
Refunds will not be issued for candidates who fail to attend the course or arrive after the scheduled start time. Additionally, incomplete or incorrect identification presented upon course registration will result in the forfeiture of any refund. Candidates must ensure a punctual arrival and possess the necessary documentation to participate fully in the course.
If our course provider cancels a course and the customer does not wish to attend on the newly scheduled date, a full refund of the course fee will be provided. However, the refund will always be, at most, the original amount paid to Cestt for the course.
Cestt Limited will not be responsible for, nor will we compensate for, any additional costs such as accommodation, transport, or loss of earnings due to time taken off work.
Once a course or NVQ is booked, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage our customers to ensure their availability and commitment to the selected course dates before making a booking.
All courses must be completed and passed within 60 days from the start date. If a course is not completed within this period, it will be put on hold. If you wish to resume, the course will be treated as a new order, and you will be charged again for the course.
